Each square on the health insurance IC card has 6 treatments at most.
6 treatments of a period of treatment have a month limit. The rest of the treatments will be canceled when exceeded a month.
According to the policy of the Bureau of National Health Insurance, physical therapy charge fee：simple, simple-medium, and medium-severe patient have to pay NT 50 dollars more after the first treatment.

1.4. Professional disaster
1.5. Patient with the certificate of severe disease
